I recently showed you how I made crepe paper flowers. I have moved on to felt 
Materials: felt, scissors, needle, thread
Cut your felt into strips… My strips are about 1 1/2 inches long…I think you could make these as big as you want.
Cut fringes in your strips… leave at least 1/4 of an inch at the bottom
Roll your felt strips up…
Use your needle and thread to sew the bottom of your flower…
Then hot glue it on a little frame
or string them on fishing wire and use as garland

I just made some of these the other day w/tissue paper and they look the exact same..except I was not genius enough like you to think of an easier way to make them!! your looks much more doable. I made one and was like "ok, i'm done!" I might have to try this! Thanks!
