Turtle Bites

These things are d-lish and super simple… 10 minutes and 3 ingredients kind of simple.
What you need… you can replace rolos for any mini candy bar (snickers, Hershey kiss, Reese peanut butter cups)

Place cookies sheet in the oven for 5 minutes at 225 degrees…

After 5 minutes, place a pecan on top and smash the rolo (or whatever candy bar)

Let them sit for 5 minutes (or until your patience is up :)   and enjoy!
p.s pleas use tin foil, it makes clean up so much easier!

  4. Jamie, yet another nut free version.. one of my friends at work makes them with a Kiss and presses an M&M; into the top before they cool. (One can never have too much chocolate!!)

  5. Did you try baking these with the pecans first, then smashing? Just curious because I've discovered that heating pecans changes something in the nut and improves the taste.

Anyhoo, thank you for this idea, it is very awesome and super simple for those of us who love candy but don't care for the mess of making it. LOL

  6. So I haven't been able to get to your most recent blog posts through my blogger account it says the pages don't exist so I just thought I'd let you know
