The recipe calls for toasted sesame seeds… super easy to toast em’. Just put them in a pan with nothing for 5 minutes or so… and watch them as they get brown and toasty.

I will definitely make the miso cod again. Super easy now that I have the miso in the fridge! Have you ever used miso? Next up, miso soup.























I've tried kale and grow it every summer but it's always so bitter. is it better to eat when the plant is young? do you know?
How long does miso last in the fridge after being opened?
(That is always my concern with trying new things that cannot be used all at once, I hate waste.)
According to the package it is best used by 3/17/2013! There was a super easy recipe for miso soup that came with it too…I won't waste my miso… that stuff was hard to find
