For $8-12, these shirts are cozy and fun. Our favorites include the Beatles, “Let’s hug it Out,” “I’m a Pepper,” and the navy Rocky t-shirt.  I have given this one to two of my brothers for birthdays:

Over the next five weeks, Groupon will be offering up special holiday deals. Expect 50-90% off local, experiential, and occasionally unusual holiday gifts. So, basically each deal can be purchased for 1-5 days, and they differ depending on where you live. The Groupons expire at different predetermined times, some lasting more than a year. Currently in Austin, there is golf lesson, 4 course meal, and special effects workshop all for over 50% off. Living social is very similar to Groupon except,  they also do E S C A P E S or as we know them vacation!

 #4:  Poker Sets
I got the BF a poker set last year…There are many to choose from… I finally settled on this one, and the BF seems to be very pleased with the set. After a lot of intense poker chip studying, I discovered that clay chips are better than plastic… I’ve been told they sound better when the “clink” in your hand!

I like magazine subscriptions because the gift gives all year long, and there is a magazine for every interest… Fitness, cars, sports, food, travel, finance, wood working, DIY, history, nature, fashion…! Also, you can buy a lot of magazines with airline miles…

For $ 6.81 this book is a winner. According to About.com, Freakonomics uses straight-forward analysis to turn conventional wisdom on its head. It will give you plenty to talk about, but is not an in depth analysis of the issues presented.

Practical and made out of recycled bottles.  All boys need these for something at some point.

The bros, dad, and the BF love these things. Honestly, it has even come in handy for me on a camping trip a few times. The BF has one in his nightstand and 2 in his car [just in case a friend needs one!]

#9: Drill  or tools in general.
Every guy needs a good drill. My family prefers Ridgid, but there are lots of good brands out there. Just remember what ever brand your guy starts with, will be the brand the will most likely continue buying. This happens because batteries are interchangeable and the same brand keeps the same chargers…
#10: Coffee Accessories: hand grinder, french press
Your coffee really will taste better.
